Attention Canadian Customers:

All duties and taxes for Canadian orders are added automatically. Your order is delivered without any COD fees or duties/taxes. We prepay all taxes, duties and brokerage charges via FedEx brokerage. 


PayPal Refunds:

Due to recent changes to their fee refund policy, refunds through PayPal are subject to a 2.9% non-refundable fee. In the event that the refund is due to damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped material, this policy will be voided and your refund will not be subject to the 2.9% fee.


Return Policy

Imporant Notes:

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the date it was placed. 

All warranty claims that need to be made more than 30 days of original sale should be made directly with the manufacturer.


General Return Info:

For returns, we want to be as fair as possible. We have a 30 day return Policy, and items meeting the criteria are eligible for a return. Whether shipping is refundable will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Generally, if the product is not what you ordered, defective, damaged or otherwise compromised, we will cover the shipping for you both ways. In cases of packages being lost in transit, we will get a claim filed with FedEx and work to ensure all parties are satisfied. In cases where we are not at fault, we will not cover return shipping.


Items Eligible For Return: 

  • Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packaging.

  • Merchandise that was not shipped correctly.

  • Merchandise that has not been installed.

  • Defective merchandise.

  • Merchandise that is being returned within the 30 day return period.


Non-Returnable Items: 

  • Merchandise with shrink wrap that is missing or torn.

  • Merchandise that is used or shows signs of installation.

  • Special Order Merchandise

  • Discontinued Merchandise 

  • Electrical Parts


Steps For Returns: 

For the quickest response, email us at if you wish to return your order and provide a short explanation of why. Or, if you'd like, you can do the following:

  1. To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account.

  2. Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button .

  3. In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action and Comments are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.

  4. Your return request will reviewed, and processed as quickly as possibly.

Refund Policy: 

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase as soon as the item is received back into our warehouse. It usually takes a few business days to see the refund on your credit card statement. If you have not received a credit and it as been longer than 30 days, please contact us at


Shipping Policy: 

Currently all Discount Plumbing Outlet orders ship via FedEx.  Shipping is calculated by cubic size, weight, and distance.


Shipping Restrictions: 

  • No weekend shipments * No P.O. Boxes or APO addresses

  • Ship to Lower 48 United States and Canada only. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
